四方胃片对实验性胃溃疡作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：四方胃片水提液对应激法和幽门结扎法溃疡有明显的保护作用，对乙酸法慢性胃溃疡有促进愈合作用；并具有抑制胃酸分泌，调节胃肠运动，解除平滑肌痉挛和减轻疼痛的作用。Toxicity test of Fu Mai Decoction in rats have been carried out for 3 months (firstgroup) and 3.5 months(second group),and histological and histochemical studies on 11 important organs(heart,liver,kidney,etc). were reported. The results showed that histological structure of all organs stud-ied in two groups were normal.Succinic dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase in heart and livershowed strong positive reactions.These results suggest that Fu Mai Decoction is a safe prescription,andprovides a morphological evidence for the prolonged clinical use of the prescription.
