摘 要:用浸渍法和附着沉淀法制备了6种以Ni、Fe为活性组分,γ-Al_2O_3为载体的负载型催化剂,催化臭氧化处理难生物降解的典型染料中间体废水—吐氏酸废水、初始COD_(Cr)浓度为1500mg/L左右的废水,当臭氧投加量为0.8g/L时,在活性最高的催化剂作用下,COD_(Cr)去除率大于50%,而没有催化剂作用时小于30%。Catalyzed ozonation of typical dye intermediate waste water-tobias wastewater which is a refractory wastewater was studied. The active constituents of catalyst are metallic oxides of Ni and Fe which are carried on the particles γ-Al2O3 by the method of maceration or deposition-precipitation. For wastewater with initial CODcr about 1500mg/L, when ozone dose was 0.8g/L, CODcr removal efficiency was more than 50% in the presence of the highest active catalyst, while it was less than 30% in the absence of catalyst.
