摘　　要：西藏反贫困主要经验是:对西藏贫困特殊性的明晰认识;制定特殊的反贫困政策;实施全方位的外部支援;采取适宜于藏民需求和接受的具体措施和作法;在反贫困中培育藏民的政治自觉意识;积极开展国际交流、合作。The main experience of Tibetan anti-poverty is that the particularity of Tibetan anti- poverty should be clearly understood, special anti-poverty policies should be constituted, and a comprehensive external supports should be given, detailed measures and practices suitable for the demand and acceptance of Tibetan people should be taken, political consciousness of Tibetan people should be cultivated during anti-poverty process, and international communication and cooperation should be actively developed.
