摘　　要：评述目前学界关于农村民间金融活动的不同概念,结合长期的观察和试验提出农村民间金融组织的概念预设,并分析农村民间金融组织的历史性、社会性、分散性、多样性和有效性等社会学特征。In rural areas of China, the financial services provided by the civil organizations are widespread. But how to manage these activities effectively and promote the organization development regularly is an important issue. Especially it is necessary to clarify the identification for the diversified financial activities in the rural areas. Based on the review of different generalizations for the civil financial services, this paper puts forward the definition for rural civil financial organizations and points out five social characters of these organizations in China from history, society, decentralization, diversity, and validity.
