摘　　要：“二元”社会结构是我国现阶段社会结构的主要特征,政治、经济、文化、现代化水平发展不平衡是当代社会最主要表现。社会体育依托社会的发展而发展,“二元”社会结构导致了我国社会体育发展的“二元”特征:社会体育管理体制、体育意识、体育人口、体育消费、体育产业等指标存在巨大差异。因此,我国现阶段的主要任务应该是加强农村地区和经济欠发达地区社会体育的发展,结合地区特点大力开展体育活动,以此促进我国社会体育的全面发展。Duality Social Configuration is the main character of our society. In this society, the imbalance of economics, cuhure, politics and the level of modern is the mostly manifest. In the duality society, the developments of manage system, sport consciousness, sport consumes and sport industries are also imbalance. So, on the ground of this condition, our first task should be developing the social sports in rustic and poverty area, and combining the area character to carry out the social sport, and promote our social sports all-round.
