摘 要:采用RT-PCR方法对37份疑似猪流感病毒(SIV)感染病料进行了病原学检测。同时,还运用PCR和RT-PCR方法对SIV阳性病料进行了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)和猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)目的基因片段的扩增。结果,扩增出了SIV特异目的基因片段,且4份病料都为混合感染,感染状况分别为SIV/PRRSV/PRV,SIV/CSFV/PRRSV三重感染,SIV/PCV-2和SIV/PRRSV二重感染。In an effort to know the co-infection with SIV and other viruses, detection of swine influenza virus (SIV) by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed on some suspect samples collected from different places in March 2005. In addition, those suspect field eases were also detected for the presence of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), Classical swine fever virus (CSFV), porcine eireovirus type-2 (PCV-2) and Pseudorabies virus (PRV) by means of RT- PCR and PCR techniques. SIV/PRRSV/PRV, SIV/CSFV/PRRSV, SIV/PCV-2 and SIV/PRRSV co-infections were identified in the 4 samples from Nanning, Liuzhou, Yulin cities and Hainan province, respectively. The results from this study indicated that co-infection with SIV and PRRSV,CSFV, PCV-2 and/or PRV were universal, and may increase the possibility of epidemic occurrence and the severity of the diseases.
