牛心朴子生物碱的镇痛抗炎作用试验

摘　　要：用热板法研究不同浓度的牛心朴子总碱对小鼠的镇痛作用,结果表明,50 mg/kg体重的总碱对热板法所致小鼠的疼痛反应具有明显的抑制作用;以小鼠为实验动物,选用不同浓度的牛心朴子生物碱注射剂对其抗炎作用进行了研究。结果表明,牛心朴子生物碱的最小浓度在1.0 mg/mL时,对二甲苯致小鼠的耳壳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,作用与浓度呈正相关。Studies on easeing ache effect from different concentrations alkaloid of Cynanchum kornanovii with hot plate were conducted. The result showed 50 mg/kg weight had dear restraint ache of mice; Choose 0.5 mL different concentrations （0. 5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL） alkaloid of Cynanchum komanovii injectables researching anti-inflammafory effect of Cynanchum komanovii. The results showed that the smallest concentration of alkaloid Cynanchum komanovii in 1.0 mg/mL had obvious inhibition effect to ears swelling of mice by xylene C6 H4 （CH3）2 （ P 〈0.05）, the effect and concentration was positive relevant.
