摘 要:目的观察白矾对大鼠学习记忆能力和海马结构组织学的影响。方法将32只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(生理盐水)、白矾低(0.10g/kg)、中(0.42g/kg)、高(1.00g/kg)剂量组,每组8只,每d灌胃给药,用药1周后行电迷宫试验,2个月后行水迷宫试验。试验结束后观察海马结构组织学改变,并计数CA1区神经元密度。结果和对照组相比,中、高剂量白矾组电迷宫试验寻找安全区出错的几率增加(P<0.05或0.01),中、高剂量白矾组水迷宫试验中寻找平台潜伏期延长(P<0.05或0.01),皮层组织学分级升高、CA1区神经元密度降低(P<0.05)。结论白矾可降低大鼠学习记忆能力,损伤海马组织细胞。Aim: To study the effects of alumen on learning and memory abilities of rats and structural changes of rat hippocampas. Methods: A total of 32 rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups and given alumen at concentrations of 0. 10 g/kg, 0.42 g/kg, and 1.00 g/kg, and normal saline, respectively. After administration of alumen, the behaviors were tested by electrical maze and water maze, and histological changes in hippocampal CAI area were observed under light microscope. Results: Compared with control group, the error rates were higher in electrical maze test (P 〈0.05 or 0.01 ), the latencies were longer (P 〈 0.05 or 0.01), and the neuronal density in hippocampal CAI decreased in experimental groups (0.42 g/kg and 1.00 g/kg alumen) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The ability of learning and memory and hippoeampal struetnre of rats could be damaged by alumen.
