摘 要:目的从麻黄中提取总黄酮和多糖并测定其含量。方法运用微波技术提取麻黄总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果麻黄中总黄酮含量为6.64%,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.34%(n=5);多糖含量为4.83%,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.02%(n=5)。结论运用微波技术从麻黄中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,反应速度快,提取效率高。Aim : To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica. Methods: Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica were extracted by microwave technique and determined by colorimetry. Results : Total flavonoids in Ephedra sinica was 6.64% , recovery rate was 100.6% , and RSD was 1.34% ( n = 5 ). Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica was 4, 83% , recovery rate was 99, 58% , and RSD was 1.02% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion : The reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory to extract total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica using microwave technique.
