摘　　要：目的观察二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的治疗效果。方法选择PCOS患者24例,给予二甲双胍片1500mg/d,治疗6个月。检测患者治疗前、后和停药4个月的血清黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平、口服葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素释放,观察月经变化和排卵情况。结果二甲双胍治疗6个月后,17例(70.8%)患者恢复规律的排卵性月经。LH、T、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素曲线下面积较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但在停药后4个月又恢复到治疗前水平(P<0.05)。停药4个月内,已恢复排卵性月经的患者又相继停经。结论二甲双胍是一种有效的治疗PCOS的药物,但在停药后病情易于复发,提示在妊娠后应该继续应用二甲双胍治疗。Aim： To investigate the effect of metformin on patients with polycystie ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods： A total of 24 patients with PCOS received metformin at 1 500 nag per day for six months. Serum levels of luteinizing hormone （LH） , testosterone（ T）, OGTT, and releasing insulin were measured before and after treatment and 4 months after withdrawal of metformin. The menses and ovulation were observed. Results： A total of 17 cases （70.8%） patients resumed regular menstrual cycles with ovulation, and the serum levels of LH, T, fasting insulin and the areas below the insulin releasing curve decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 4 months after withdrawal of metformin treatment a reversal was observed. Conclusion： Metformin is an effective drug for PCOS, but the symptoms will recur before long after the withdrawal of metformin, which suggests that patients should keep using it during pregnancy.
