摘　　要：本文在分析SIP协议的基础上,设计了一种分布式VOIP系统的侦听模型,并对其数据库备份的问题和侦听的身份认证问题进行了探讨。This article designed a distributional VOIP system model of intercept based on analyzing the SIP protocal,and discussed the question of database backup and intercepts warning power.
