摘　　要：运动目标检测是一种基于图像处理技术发展起来的新技术,它是计算机视觉、视频信息处理等应用领域的重要研究课题。针对摄像头固定,只对视场内的目标进行检测这种情况,提出利用两帧图像之间运动目标边缘面积值的差数累积来检测是否运动的算法。该算法主要作用是能减低因背景亮度变化而引起的误判。Moving detection is a new technology developing with image processing, it is an important research task on computer vision and video information processing. The thesis based on the circumstances of fixed camera and only tracking the objects in the sight, introducing a new moving detection algorithm which uses edge area based on Sum of Absolute Difference. This algorithm can decrease the mistake caused by the background brightness change.
