摘　　要：本文讨论了(e,d,N)-策略的M／M／c排队。使用拟生灭过程方法,给出了稳态队长分布和条件等待时间的LST,并进一步给出了条件随机分解结果。Considered in this paper is a Markovian multi-server queue with the （e, d, N）-policy. By using the quasi birth-and-death process method, we obtain the stationary probability distribution of queue length and LST of conditional waiting time of a customer. Some conditional stochastic decomposition results are also derived.
