摘 要:为减少LATS合金化精炼钢包浸渍罩粘渣,采用按质量比ω(CaO)ω/(CaF2)=1配制的混合调质剂对钢包顶渣进行调质处理,研究调质剂对钢包顶渣熔化性能的影响.采用半球点法的熔化温度测试结果表明:配制的混合调质剂能明显降低渣的熔化温度,当ω(CaO-CaF2)=20%时,渣的熔化温度从调质前的1 439℃降至1 327℃;采用旋转柱体法的粘度测试结果表明:钢包顶渣的粘度高以及LATS合金化精炼处理后钢包顶渣粘度进一步升高,是造成浸渍罩粘渣的主要原因之一.所配制的调质剂能有效降低LATS处理后钢包顶渣的粘度,在1 500℃时,未调质的钢包顶渣粘度约为6.5 Pa.s,而加入ω(CaO-CaF2)=10%调质后渣的粘度低于2 Pa.s.To reduce the slag sticking to the ladle immerged cover during LATS refining process, the ladle top slag was modified with CaO -CaF2 (ω (CaO)/ω (CaF2 ) = 1 ). The effects of modifier on the fusibility of the ladle top slag were investigated. The hemisphere method was adopted in the melting temperature measurements. The results show that the fluxing action of the modifier is preferably well. When the addition of ω( CaO - CaF2) is 20% , the melting temperature of slag is decreased from 1 439 ℃ to 1 327 ℃. Tile rotary cylinder method was employed in the viscosity measurements. The results indicate that the viscosity of ladle slag is very high and can be further increased during LATS processing, which is one of the main reasons for excessive slag sticking to the immerged cover. The modifier decreases the viscosity of ladle slag remarkably, At 1 500 %, the viscosity of ladle slag without modifier is about 6.5 Pa . s Whereas by adding 10% to( CaO- CaF2) , the slag viscosity is decreased by lower than 2 Pa · s
