摘 要:目的 经113例相对较大样本尿氨基酸检测,了解正常婴幼儿尿氨基酸谱。方法 以HP1050反相高效液相色谱法测定113例0~4岁健康儿童的20种尿氨基酸值。结果 除个别氨基酸外,0~4岁健康小儿尿中各氨基酸水平呈正态分布,但每种氨基酸的正常值范围波动较大;大部分尿氨基酸值随年龄增加而下降,而同年龄组不同性别之间尿氨基酸差异不明显。结论 0~4岁正常小儿尿氨基酸水平随年龄增加而呈下降的趋势,但性别差异不明显。Objective To learn the aminogram of urine in normal infants and young children in a relatively large sample of control groups. Methods 20 kinds of amino acids in urine samples were analysed in 113 healthy children younger than 4-year-old by RP-HPLC with HP1050. Results A relatively broad credibility interval was detected in each amino acid and most showed normal distribution except some. Our study revealed a significant decreasing trend with age but without sex differences. Conclusion There's a significant decreasing trend with age but without sex differences in urine amino acids in healthy children younger than 4-year-old. The aminogram of urine in children can help in differential diagnosis in some diseases.
