摘 要:在地域分异规律、生态系统论和区域经济学理论及方法的指导下,借助27个气象测站的多年观测资料和103个县域2003年的主要经济数据,运用空间统计学和GIS方法,并结合陕西省生态经济特征,将陕西省初步划分为4个大的生态经济类型区。该分区方案以生态背景和人类综合作用强度作为链接“生态-经济”2大系统的指标体系,显示出各生态经济类型区不同程度的生态脆弱特征和不同强度人类活动的鲜明对比,为其实行相应的生态经济发展战略提供科学依据。在区划方案基础上,依据全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,运用生态占用思想和区域开发理论,从全球、国内、省内3个尺度全方位分析了各生态经济类型区间的产业空间耦合关系,提出了各生态经济类型区的产业空间重构战略。In this paper, the characteristics of ecological economy in Shaanxi Province are analyzed based on the meteorological data observed by 27 meteorological stations and the main economic data from 103 counties in the province in 2003. Shaanxi Province is delimited into 4 main districts of ecological economy types based on considering the characteristics of ecological economy in Shaanxi Province using spatial statistical and GIS approaches. Consequently, the schemes of ecological economy zoning in Shaanxl Province are put forward. In the schemes the ecological background and the intensity of human activities are regarded as the indexes to link the ecology and economy so as to reveal the sharp contrasts of different degrees of ecological vulnerability and different intensities of human activities in the different ecological economy districts and provide the scientific evidences for implementing the corresponding development strategies in these regions. According to the view point of allround, harmonious and sustainable development, the spatial coupling relations of industries among the different ecological economy districts are analyzed at global, national and provincial levels, arid the spatial restructuring strategies of industries are put forward for the ecological economy districts in Shaanxi Province.
