摘 要:通过对亚麻纱线编织根数及选针方式、弯纱深度NP值、牵拉力WM值、机速MSEC值等亚麻横编工艺中重要参数和指标的分析,为亚麻横编针织物的开发提供了依据。在对络纱阶段、编织前处理阶段和编织阶段的工艺探讨中,找出了存在的问题和解决办法,提出了保持一定的温湿度及打蜡是改善亚麻纱可编织性较为实用的措施,给出了适合亚麻纱在Stoll电脑横机上编织的最佳工艺及参数,并成功开发编织了一定结构的亚麻针织产品。This paper analyzes the important technological parameters in the flat knitting of flax yarns, including number of knitted yarns, needle selection modes, sinking depth(NP value), take-up tension(WM value)and machine speed, which provides a reference for the development of flat knitted flax fabrics. According to the analysis to the technologies of yarn winding, pretreatment and flat knitting, the existed possible problems and the related tackling methods are put forward. It is found that keeping some certain temperature and moisture and applying waxing is practical for improvement of the flat knitting property of flax yarns. In addition, this paper presents the best technology and parameters for flax yarn knitting on the Stoll computer-based flat knitting machine, and sample fabrics with certain structure are successfully knitted.
