摘  要:(The extract) of Flos Magnoliae produced by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was analyzed by gas chromatographyass spectrometry.The analysis result showed that Caryophyllene(18.4%),9-Octadecenoic acid(20.61%),9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,and methyl ester(9.94%) were the main constituents.Trans-caryophyllene and Caryophyllene oxide Farnesol were also(identified.)SFE conditions:10 MPa,40℃;GC-MS conditions:DB-5 MS quartz column(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);column temperature:60℃ for 2 minutes,then increased in 5℃/min until 250℃,kept 9 minutes.Injection temperature:280℃;Elsouce:70eV;m/escan range 30-550.(The extract) of Flos Magnoliae produced by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was analyzed by gas chmmatographyass spectrometry.
