摘  要:目的探讨百草枯中毒患者的免疫功能改变及临床意义。方法根据患者误服百草枯剂量的多少分为轻度组和中重度组,分别在中毒d2、d8抽取静脉血作细胞免疫和体液免疫指标的检测,项目包括T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8,体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4,并与正常对照组比较。结果中重度组中毒2d时CD3、CD4较正常对照组明显减低(P<0.05,P<0.01),IgA明显增高(P<0.05);8d时轻度组及中重度组CD3、CD4与正常组相比均明显减低(P<0.05,P<0.01),IgA明显增高(P<0.05);中毒2d及8d时,中重度组与轻度组比较CD3、CD4均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),IgA明显增高(P<0.05)。结论PQ中毒患者可引起细胞免疫低下和体液免疫轻微改变。Objective To intestvigate the changes of immunologic function in the patients with poisoning of paraquat (PQ) and to explore clinical significance of these changes. Methods The markers of cell- mediated irnmunity(CD3 ,CD4 and CDS) and humoral immunity( IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 nd CA) were detected in second day and in eighth day 2 groups of patient (mild group, mordrate group and severe group), and these results were compared with normal control group. Results Comparison with normal control group,the levels of CD3 and CD4 were significant lower (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) and the levela of IgA (P 〈 0. 05)were significant higher than that in normal control group in second day after poisoning in the severe group . The levels of CD3 and CD4 in all patients were significant lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), while the levels of IgA (P〈0.05) significant high in 8th day. The levels of CD3 and CD4 were significant higher in mild group than that in severe and mordrate group in second day and eighth day(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the level of IgA was significant higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The PQ poisoning may results in changes of immunologic function, with weakened the cell - mediated immtmity and elevatede the humoral immunity.
