摘　　要：对２３例主动脉瓣及二尖瓣病变者行直视成形手术。引起瓣膜病变的原因：先天性病变５例，风湿性病变１８例。术前心功能，Ⅱ级者４例，Ⅲ级者１４例，Ⅳ级者５例。术后对２０例患者进行随访３～２４个月，心脏功能明显改善。Twenty-three patients wnderwent aortic of mitral valvuloplasty, in which the lesions were found to be cogenital in 5 and rheumatic involvement in 18. The preoperative heart function was GradeⅡin 4 cases, Ⅲin 14 and Ⅳ in 5.all of the patients were followed up from 3-24 months with marked cardiac function improvement. Indication and operative techniques of valve reconstruction are discussed.
