摘　　要：基于经济体制二元结构的原因,我国的社会养老保险安排具有明显的城乡差异性,农民的社会养老保险制度建设目前还处于初级阶段。对我国农民社会养老保险现状进行分析,借鉴国外农民社会养老保险制度的经验,结合我国农民的社会养老实际,使可持续发展的农民养老制度应尽快得到实施。Under the dualistic structure of economy, social pension insurance in urban areas is very different from that in Chinese rural areas. The construction of the rural pension insurance system still remains at the initial stage. The paper analyzes the status quo in rural areas based on foreign. It puts forward some feasible tactics and policies to implement it in China.
