摘  要:研究了用强阴离子交换柱富集和分离,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定卷烟辅料中镉,试样用微波加热消解。方法的相对标准偏差小于3.5%,标准回收率在96%~104%之间。A method of enrichment of cadmium in supplementary materials used in tobacco manufacturing by ion-exchange and determination by FAAS was studied. Strong alkali anion resin was used in the experiment. Sample was digested by the microwave assisted heating. In the application to the analysis of 4 kinds of supplementary material samples, RSD's of analytical results obtained were less than 3.5%, and results of recovery test were in the range of 96%- 104%.
