摘　　要：针对工件镗孔加工过程中孔尺寸超标问题,从工件、设备、加工过程等方面分析了孔尺寸超标的原因,找出了解决问题的方法。In the light of the problem of the overproof of the hole size in the course of the hole-boring of the workpiece, this paper analyzes on the reasons of the overproof of the hole size from aspects of the workpiece, equipment and processing procedure, and finds some methods for solving these problems.
