摘　　要：图书馆开架借阅在方便读者并显示出诸多优势的同时,也给图书馆的管理提出了新的挑战。结合工作实践,分析了开架借阅的利与弊,探讨了完善开架借阅工作的措施。The open-shelves reading of library, which brings about the convenience to readers and shows many advantages, issues some new challenges to the library management. Connecting with the working practice, this paper analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of the open-shelves reading, and probes into the measures for perfecting the open-shelves reading work.
