摘 要:在前期对空间诱变品系进行稻瘟病表型鉴定的基础上,选取部分空间诱变粤香占和青华占抗性变异高代品系(6代以上)进行稻瘟病抗性变异基因的遗传分析及分子标记研究。经遗传分析,发现突变品系YX03和QH06对菌株01-18a的抗病性分别受一对显性主效基因控制,而突变品系YX04和QH05分别受两对显性主效基因控制;并将QH06的抗病突变基因定位于第8染色体,与微卫星标记RM547连锁,遗传距离为8.5cM。研究结果表明空间诱变可以产生稻瘟病抗性基因的变异。Some high generation (over 6th) mutant rice lines derived fi'om the seeds of Yuexiangzhan and Qinghuazhan carried by high space balloon, which had a broad spectrum of resistance to blast isolates inoculated on the basis of former testing of leaf resistance, were demonstrated showing neck blast resistance as well in the blast zone nursery in field. Mutant rice lines YX03 derived fi'om Yuexiangzhan and QH06 derived fi'om Qinghuazhan were found baring one pair of major dominant gene respectively via genetic analysis, which controlled their resistance to blast isolate 01-18a inoculated; while mutant lines YX04 and QH05 were found baring two pairs of major dominant genes respectively. The mutant gene of QH06 was also located on chromosome 8, linked with SSR marker RM547 with a 8.5cM genetic distance. The results showed that the space-induced would be produced the variation office resistance gene by space mutation.
