华北地区1026例脐带血细胞各参数结果分析

摘　　要：目的确定华北地区脐带血血细胞和造血祖细胞参数及其相关性。方法采集1026例符合标准的脐带血标本,分别用全自动五分类血细胞计数仪进行脐带血细胞分类计数,流式细胞术和半固体培养进行造血干/祖细胞特性检测。结果脐带血中RBC穴4.06±0.47雪×1012/L,HGB穴149.0±18.2雪g/L,Plt穴241.2±53.7雪×109/L,WBC穴13.6±4.6雪×109/L,NEUT穴5.16±3.2雪×109/L,LYMP穴4.53±1.97雪×109/L,MONO穴0.78±0.36雪×109/L,NRBC穴0.45±0.45雪×109/L,RET穴0.14±0.04雪×1012/L。CD34阳性率0.36%±0.22%,CFU-GM和BFU-E产率(/5×104)分别为23.2±11.4和31.1±17.2。结论脐带血由独特的细胞组成,其血细胞各项参数多高于成人静脉血,其造血细胞具有更强的增殖潜力。Objective To determine the parameters and their relativity of umbilical cord blood cells and hematopoietic stem/ progenitor cells, Methods A total of 1 026 umbilical cord blood units were collected according to the standard requirements, The cells of samples were counted by XE-2100 hematology analyzer. At the same time, hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells were assayed by flow cytometry and semisolid culture. Results The normal range of values in umbilical cord blood units were as following：RBC（4.06±0.47）×10^12/L,HGB（149.0±18.2）g/L,Plt（241.2±53.7）×10^9/L,wBC（13.6±4.6）×10^9/L,NEUT（5.16±3.21×10^9/L,LYMP（4.53±1.97）×10^9/L,MONO（0.78±0.36）×10^9/L,NRBC（0.45±0.45）×10^9/L,RET（0.14±0.04）×10^12/L. The percentage of CD34^＋ was 0.36 % ± 0.22 %, And the CFU-GM and BFU-E forming was 23.2 ± 11.4 and 31.1 ± 17.2（/5 ×10^4） ,respectively, Conclusion Umbilical cord blood has the specific cell constituents, Most parameter of umbilical cord blood are higher than that of normal adult peripheral blood, The progenitors of umbilical cord blood have higher proliferous potential.
