摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床意义。方法对208例经手术病理证实的子宫黏膜下肌瘤的声像图进行分析,观察病灶大小、回声与宫腔的关系和彩色多普勒血流信号特点。结果161例表现为低回声,31例表现为强回声或不均质回声(误诊为息肉13例,误诊为子宫内膜癌1例),漏诊16例。CDFI显示瘤体血流呈环状、星点状或蒂状。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断不仅具有较高的准确性,而且还可以判断肌瘤与宫腔、宫颈管的位置关系,具有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of submucous myoma, and to provide reliable method for clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods The sonograms of 208 patients were analyzed, which were all proved by pathology. The size, echo, relationship with the uterus cavity and its characteristic of color Doppler of the masses were examined.Results One hundred and sixty-one masses showed low level echo, 31 masses showed hyper-echo or heterogeneous echo, in which 13 patients were misdiagnosed to be polyp, and 1 patient was misdiagnosed to be carcinoma of endometrium. 16 patients were missed diagnosed. Circular, punctiform and pedicel bloodstream of the masses were detected. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is of importance in the diagnosis of submucous myoma.
