淬火冷却速度对ZG30Si2Mn3B组织和性能的影响

摘　　要：在测试了含0.31%C,2.11%Si,2.89%Mn,0.005%B,0.10%RE和0.12%Ti的ZG30Si2Mn3B的临界点和连续冷却曲线基础上,研究了淬火冷却速度对铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在水冷淬火条件下,获得了低碳马氏体+条状贝氏体组织。在雾冷淬火条件下,获得了条状贝氏体。在空冷淬火条件下,获得了粒状贝氏体。在炉冷条件下,获得珠光体+过饱和铁素体组织。另外,随着淬火冷却速度增加,ZG30Si2Mn3B的硬度和强度增加,冲击韧性和断裂韧性则在空冷淬火条件下获得了最高值。磨损试验结果显示,空冷贝氏体组织具有最佳的耐磨性能。On the base measuring the critical points and Continuous Cooling Transformation （COT） curves of ZG30Si2Mn3B whose chemical compositions were 0. 31% C, 2. 11% Si, 2. 89% Mn, 0. 005% B, 0.10% RE and 0. 12 % Ti, the effects of quenching cooling rate on the m icrostructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of ZG30Si2Mn3B were studied. The results show that low carbon martensite and strip bainite are obtained under the condition of water cooling. Strip bainite is obtained under the condition of fog cooling. Granular bainite is obtained under the condition of air cooling. In the condition of furnace cooling, pearlite and supersaturated ferrite are obtained. Moreover, the hardness and tensile strength of ZG30Si2Mn3B increase along with the increase of quenching cooling rate. In the condition of air cooling, the impact and fracture toughness and wear resistance of ZG30Si2Mn3B are the most excellent.
