止血环酸治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过临床研究对止血环酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效作进一步的探讨。方法将病例分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组176例口服止血环酸和维生素C及维生素E;对照组70例口服维生素C及维生素E。治疗60天后进行观察。结果治疗组有效率64.20%,对照组有效率38.57%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(χ2=13.42,P<0.005),未见明显不良反应。结论止血环酸治疗黄褐斑有效、安全。Objective To probe furthenly the effect of Acidum Tranexamicum on treating chloasma through clinical study. Methods All of cases was devided into treatment group and control group,the former,with 176 cases,was given Acidum tranexamicum, Vitamin C and Vitamin E by oral;the latter,with 70 cases ,was given only Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and observed the effecs during the period of treatment and 60 days after the treatment. Results The efficient rate in treatment group was 64.20%, and 38.57% in control group,there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups （χ^2 = 13.42,P 〈 0.005 ）, and no important side effects was found. Conclusion Using Acidun Trawexamicum to treat chloasma is effective and safe.
