高原鼠兔结合珠蛋白含量测定

摘　　要：为了探讨高原鼠兔血清结合珠蛋白的正常含量以及在不同海拔地区的变化情况，本文运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术和紫外扫描技术对两个海拔地区（４２００ｍ、３７００ｍ）的４０只高原鼠兔的血清结合珠蛋白进行了相对含量测定。结果显示：两地区高原鼠兔血清结合珠蛋的相对含量分别为９．３９３１和９．８９０４，两地区结合珠蛋白相对含量无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但每个个体间的结合珠蛋白相对含量相差很大。此结果提示高原鼠兔结合珠蛋白的含量在不同海拔地区是相对稳定的。n order to explore the normal haptoglobin contents of Pika and it's variation at different alti-tude. The serum haptoglobin contents were measured by polycrylamide gel electrophoresis and ultravi-olet spectrophotometer in 40 Pika from two altitudes(4 200m,3700m), The results showed that therelative contents of serum haptoglobin ln two groups was 9. 3931 and 9.8904 respectively. There wasno significant difference between the two groups. There was big difference of haptoglobin contents be-tween the individuals of the two groups. The results suggested that haptoglobin contents of Pika wasrclatively stable in various high altitude.
