血管结扎系统在贲门周围血管离断术中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解和研究血管结扎系统(LVSS)在贲门周围血管离断术中的应用。方法LVSS应用于贲门周围血管离断术,共施行门奇静脉断流术+脾切除术24例,术中胃结肠韧带、脾胃韧带、胃底周围血管(包括胃左血管)均以血管结扎器闭合、切断;脾切除后,脾静脉和脾动脉(直径小于7 mm者)也以结扎器闭合。与24例常规手术(对照组)进行比较。结果LVSS组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、腹水减少时间与对照组进行比较,有显著差异。结论LVSS对于减少线结残留、扩大手术视野、减少手术出血、缩短手术时间起到一定的作用。Objective To investigate the application of LigaSure （LVSS） in extensive devascularization around the cardia and lienectomy. Methods 24 patients with portal hypertension （PHT） were operated on with LVSS, The results were compared with those obtained by conventional techniques. Results The operation time, the bleeding capacity, the convalescent peried and the subsidence of ascites, all got improved as compared to the conventional control. Conclusion The LVSS can be widely applied in many surgical procedures.
