应激对雄性小鼠性功能的影响及益肾方的防治作用

摘　　要：目的观察应激时成年雄性小鼠行为活动、交配能力及睾丸中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法应用电刺激对雄性小鼠进行应激。观察应激对小鼠睡眠时间、自主活动、交配能力及睾丸中SOD及MDA含量的影响。结果应激可致雄性小鼠睡眠及交配能力发生障碍；自主活动次数增加；睾丸中SOD水平降低,MDA含量升高。益肾方可对抗因应激造成的成年雄性小鼠行为活动、交配能力及睾丸中SOD及MDA含量的变化。结论应激能使雄性小鼠的睡眠及性功能受到一定影响,益肾方具有防治作用。Objective To observe the influence of stress on behavior, mating ability, superoxide dismutase and malondialdelyde contents in testis of male mice and the therapeutic effect of Yishen Recipe. Methods Electrical stimulation was used to induce stress on the male mice. The influences of stress on mice sleeping time, autonomic activity, mating ability, superoxide dismutase and malondialdelyde contents in testicle of mice were observed. The therapeutic effect of Yishen Recipe was also observed. Results The stress resulted in disorder of sleeping and sexual function, increase of the autonomic activities, decrease of superoxide dismutase content and increase of malondialdelyde content . Yishen Recipe had counteraction on the above changes. Conclusion The stress has an effect on mice sleeping and sexual function, and Yishen Recipe has preventive and therapeutic effect on the disorder of sleeping and sexual function in mice.
