摘 要:针对板料成形回弹精度问题的数值模拟,从理论上分析了凸模虚拟速度和板料虚拟密度对薄板变形能的影响.以Num isheet’2002无约束柱面弯曲回弹考题为例,采用显/隐式算法模拟了不同虚拟速度和板料虚拟密度条件下的变形过程.与实验结果的对比表明,随着虚拟速度和虚拟密度的增加,板料虚拟动能增加而变形能减少,使回弹计算精度降低.为保证回弹计算精度,应通过调整虚拟速度和虚拟质量,使虚拟动能控制在变形能的7%以内.For the simulation accuracy of springback problem in sheet metal forming, the effect of punch virtual velocity and sheet virtual density on the sheet strain energy was studied in this paper. Taking a benchmark of unconstrained cylinder bending in Numisheet' 2002 as a example, the bending processes were simulated under conditions of different virtual velocities and different virtual densities by explicit/implicit FEM code. The comparisons with experiment data show that with the increase of virtual velocity and virtual density, the virtual kinetic energy increases while the sheet strain energy decreases and the precision of springback simulation gets worse. In order to keep a satisfactory precision for springback simulation, the virtual velocity and virtual density should be rationally controlled to ensure that the virtual kinetic energy should be less than 7% of the total strain energy.
