摘　　要：介绍了PTA装置的改造,实现醋酸甲酯有效回收,同时将原回收塔系统直接蒸汽注入加热改为间接加热,实现塔顶强制回流,充分有效地回收了醋酸甲酯,降低醋酸燃烧,同时实现装置长周期运行,使醋酸单耗明显降低。The exist PTA plant is modified to realize the efficiency recovery of methyl acetate. At the same time, the original recovery tower system direct steam injection heating is modified into indirect heating. Froced back flow are It realized on the top of the column. The methyl acetate is efficiently and fully recovered. The AcOH combustion is decreased. The plant long time running are realized. The AcOH unit consumption is reduced obviously.
