中国东部沿海跨国公司投资效率比较研究

摘　　要：利用参数随机前沿生产函数研究了1995￣2003年中国东部沿海10个省市跨国公司直接投资的技术效率,结果表明,在研究的样本期间,中国东部沿海省市跨国公司投资的技术效率有逐年下降的趋势,而且地区间跨国公司投资的技术效率差异也在逐年扩大,其中,长三角地区已经取代珠三角成为中国跨国公司投资技术效率最高的地区。跨国公司直接投资技术效率下降原因在于资本的过度深化与跨国公司直接投资技术溢出的不足,因此,制订合适的人力资源政策,加快直接投资的技术外溢是提高跨国公司投资技术效率的有效途经。Based on Stochastic Frontier Production Function, the paper investigates the technical efficiency of the multinational corporations＇FDI in east China＇s coastal regions over the period 1995-2003. Results show that the technical efficiency of FDI in east China＇s coastal regions was decreasing and the difference of the technical efficiency between regions was increasing over the period. In China,the Yangtse River Delta witnesses the highest FDI technical efficiency which surpasses that in the Pearl River Delta. The paper holds that the decreasing technical efficiency of FDI is due to the over-deepen capital and insufficiency spillover of the multinational corporations, and that the effective way to promote the FDI techinical efficiency is to institute proper policies on human resources and accelerate FDI technical spillover.
