摘　　要：目的:观察MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:运用蒙医MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪替代传统蒙医温针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,并与蒙医银针、蒙医传统温针进行对比。结果:MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪组与蒙医传统温针组的疗效均优于蒙医银针组。MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪组与蒙医传统温针组比较疗效无显著性差异。结论:MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪可以完全替代蒙医传统温针疗法,且安全性优于蒙医传统温针疗法,同时具有操作简单、温度可调、无烟、副作用少等特点,值得推广应用。Object：turn out the Curative effect of Mogolian Medical therapy warm-acupunturc instrument to treat kneejoint osteoarthritis.Method： to use MYL- I Mogolian Medical therapy warm - acupunturc instrument instead of traditional Mogolian Medical warm - acupunturc, treat Knee - joint osteoarthritis, and compare with Mogolian Medical Silver Needle Yrup and Mogolian Medical traditional warm - acupunture. Resuct： MYL- I Mogolian Medical Therapy warm-acupunture and Mogolian Medical traditional warm- acupunture won Mogolian Medical Silver Needle, Compar with MYL - I Mogolian Medical therapy warm - acupunture instrument and Mogolian Medical traditional warm - acupunture group curative effect, is not differeaces between them. Conclusion： MYL- I Mogolian Medical therapy warm - acupunture instrument can instead of Mogolian Medical traditional warm - acupunture safeity, and safety, easy to operate.
