乙酸铜对黄鳝毒性效应的遗传学研究

摘  要:以黄鳝为材料,研究了不同浓度的乙酸铜对黄鳝外周血白细胞数目、红细胞微核和核异常、以及肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果发现:在低剂量范围内,随着乙酸铜剂量的增加红细胞的微核率及核异常率逐渐增加、CAT活性升高,白细胞的数目则下降;至3.00 mg/kg剂量时红细胞的微核率、核异常率及CAT活性均达最大值,至1.00 mg/kg剂量时白细胞的数目达最低值;随着剂量的进一步增加红细胞的微核率、核异常率以及CAT活性反而下降,白细胞的数目则反而上升。结果说明一定剂量乙酸铜对黄鳝外周血细胞具有明显的遗传学毒性效应,且乙酸铜的作用具有双向性。This text studied the influence of the different concentration of Cu (CH3COO)2 on the number of WBC,the micronucleus rate and nuclear abnormity of RBC,and CAT activity of liver in Monopterus albus. The results show that the rate of micronucleus and nuclear abnormity,and CAT activity increased gradually, the number of WBC descended in low dosage range. The micronucleus rate and nuclear abnormity of RBC,and CAT activity were the highest on the dosage of 3.00 mg/kg. The number of WBC was the lower on the dosage of 1.00 mg/kg. When the dosage increase, the rate of micronuclei and nuclear abnormity,and CAT activity descended, but the number of WBC increased. The experiment enunciates that some dosages of Cu (CH3COO)2 have marked cytogenetic toxic effect on the peripheral blood cell of Monopterus albus, and Cu (CH3COO)2 has the effect of two sides on peripheral blood cell of Monopterus albus.
