摘  要:实验通过呼吸同步撞击装置,在不同压缩率(C)和速度(V)组合条件下,分6组撞击兔右侧胸壁,研究撞击致肺损伤的机制和气囊防护作用。结果显示:肺挫伤存在两种不同形式:即低速高位移时的“挤压型损伤”与高速低位移时的“冲击型损伤”。肺损伤程度与速度和压缩率的乘积密切相关r=0.93。呼吸周期对伤情影响不大,气囊对肺有防护作用,在并发损伤中以肋骨骨折为主。This experiment was designed to study the mechanism and protection of lung contusion by impact through impact system controlled by respiratory cycle. Fourty-eight rabbits are randomly divided intosix groups by different combination of impact velocity (V) and compression (C). Results showed that there were two different kinds of mechanism of lung injury: 'Crushing type' in low velocity and more compression; 'blast type' in high velocity and less compression.Lung injury severity is related to VC. There is no obvious difference between end inspiration and end expiration on lung injury, and the air bag deployment is helpful in protection.
