先心病围术期血浆内皮素浓度的测定及意义

摘　　要：应用放射免疫法测定３０例先心病围术期血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）的浓度，结果显示手术前ＥＴ明显增高，其含量与肺动脉平均压（ｍＰＡＰ）呈正相关。ＥＴ浓度在体外循环（ＣＰＢ）期间逐渐增高。ＥＴ浓度与ＣＰＢ时间呈正相关。而在升主动脉开放后达高峰。说明ＥＴ增高与ＣＰＢ期间肺循环中断血管内皮损伤及心脏缺血后再灌注等因素有密切关系。The plasma endothelin (ET) was measured in 30 patients with congenital heart diseases during peri-operative periods of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) with Radio-im-munoassay Analysis(RIA).Results showed that endothelin concentration marhedly increased before operation. It correlated positively with mean pulmonary arterial pressure. The concentration of ET increased significantly during CPB. It also correlated positively with duration of CPB,and reached the peak at the end of aortic cross-clamping.The elevating level of ET may be due to the discontinunce of pulmonary circulation, damages of vascular endothelial cells and ischemia-reperfusion of heart during CPB.
