摘　　要：文章分析和介绍了网络环境下图书馆个性化服务的现状和问题,并对此提出了建议,即,整合馆藏数字资源、运用数据挖掘技术、开发馆员隐形资源。The paper analyzes and discusses the present situation and problems of the individualized service under network environment, then it puts forward the countermeasures, namely： intergrating the date resources of libraries, employing the date mining technology and exploiting the potential ability of the librarians.
