摘　　要：《中国文献编目规则》和《西文文献著录条例》都积极采用国际标准,在适用范围、对电子资源的著录等方面都有一致性,但在著录规则、标目形式、版本说明等又各不相同。Both of The Rules for Chinese Document Catalogue and The Rules for Western Descriptive Cataloguing adopt international criteria and are the same in the items such as the range, cataloguing the electronical resources and so on, but they are different in the cataloguing rules, the forms marking catalogue, the version and so on.
