摘　　要：建立数控加工信息网络存储制造平台可实现生产车间数控加工信息的网络存储共享和集成,提高数控加工的柔性和敏捷性。本文利用以太网技术及数据库技术对数控加工信息进行提取和数据抽象,构造的平台可存储数控设备、数控程序、加工刀具和加工任务等信息。平台可以实时监测,管理多台数控设备,具有快速可靠的数据处理和高级数据保护功能。The building of network manufacturing platform for NC machining information can realize the share and integration of NC machining information in the NC workshop,and improve the flexibility and agility of NC machining.This paper proposes a way to access and abstract the NC machining information with Ethernet and database technique.The building platform can store NC equipment information,NC program information,NC tool information and NC task information.The platform can monitor and manage NC equipments,perform rapid data dealing and reliable data protect function.
