摘　　要：本文先介绍了彩管生产线质量跟踪系统的功能和条码扫描器选型,然后详细叙述了SICK条码扫描器特点、应用模式和SICK420、SICK431在条码采集系统中的具体设计,最后阐述了条码扫描器的使用步骤,并突出了提高条码采集可靠性的具体方法。This paper firstly introduces the basic functions of the CDT On-line Quality Traceability System and the selection of Bar code Scanner.Then the characteristic,application mode,and design of SICK420/SICK431 in this system are described in detail.In the end,the application steps of bar code scanner are stated and the method to improve the reliability of Bar code gather in system realization is stressed.
