四角腕骨融合器设计的相关解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的:为四角腕骨融合器提供腕月、头、三角和钩骨关节的相关解剖数据。方法:取30具尸体腕关节标本,测量四骨关节中心至月骨桡腕背侧韧带附着处的距离及四骨关节中心深度。结果:腕月、头、三角和钩骨关节中心至月骨桡腕背侧韧带附着处的距离为7.80±0.22mm,95%可信区间为7.40￣8.30mm。关节中心深度为13.83±0.30mm,95%的可信区间为13.22￣14.45mm。结论:本研究为四角腕骨融合器提供了十分重要的国人解剖学数据。Objective：To obtain the anatomical datum of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum for the device of a kind of four-corner arthrodesis apparatus. Methods ：The distance from the center of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum to the attachment of radial carpal dorsal ligment of lunate and the depth of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum was measured from thirty cadaver wrists. Results ：The distance from the center of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum to the attachment of radial carpal dorsal ligment of lunate was 7.80±0.22mm, and its 95% CI was 7.40-8.30mm , the depth of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum was 13.83±0.30mm, and its 95% CI was 13.22-14.45mm. Conclusion：The study provides scientific datum of the joint among capitate, hamate, lunate, and triquetrum in Chinese, which is useful for the approach of new four-coruer arthrodesis apparatus.
