江苏省海安县农村居民两周患病率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和探讨江苏省海安县农村居民两周患病现况和影响因素。方法:对该地区用分层整群抽样方法,抽取角斜、胡集、雅周3个镇的3个村600户1964例农村家庭人口进行卫生服务家庭健康询问调查,采用统一设计的调查表,对调查数据采用单因素、多因素logistic回归模型分析≥15岁农村居民两周患病率的影响因素。结果:被调查居民两周患病率为14.56%,农村居民两周患病率受性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业类型、家庭人均年收入及是否患慢性病等因素的影响。结论:海安县农村居民的两周患病率比2003年全国农村平均水平略高,人口学特征和经济因素是主要的影响因素。Objective： To investigate the two-week prevalence rate of the rural people in Haian County of Jiangsu province, as well as to explore the factors that influence the two-week prevalence rate. Methods： The investigation was implemented in three villages from three towns by stratified random sampling. 1964 residents from 600 families in the rural areas of Haian were interviewed at their homes with questions, which were used to collect such information of the health service, and investigation data were analyzed with logistic regression model. Results： The two-week prevalence rate of residents was 14.56%, and the influential factors of the two-week prevalence of residents were sex, age, marriage, education ,the average income of family , and chronic diseases. Conclusions： The two-week prevalence rate of the rural people in Haian County was higher than the average level which was seen in the rural area of China in 2003, and the the demographic features and economic state were the key influential factors.
