摘  要:8种药剂单个药剂的染毒结果表明,阿维菌素和硫酸铜在较低的浓度下对松材线虫即有较强的杀灭活性,其半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.060 1 mg/L和8.35 mg/L,其LC50的95%可信区间(95%CI)分别为0.041 6-0.0868 mg/L和6.16-11.34 mg/L。甲胺磷对松材线虫的毒性次之,其LC50为3 282.46mg/L(95%CI为2 779.71-3 872.58 mg/L),其它几种测试药剂(三邻甲苯基磷酸酯、甲醚菊酯、溴氰菊酯种比虫啉)的杀线活性很弱。联合染毒测定的结果表明,阿维菌素与硫酸铜、溴氰菊酯与硫酸铜以及溴氰菊酯与涕灭威分别联合使用对松材线虫表现出毒性增强作用(P<0.01),说明这几种测试药剂对松材线虫的毒杀作用具有协同效应。The acute toxicities of eight single chemicals on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were tested by the methods of immersion in laboratory. The result showed that both Abamectin and copper sulfate (CuSO4@ 5H2O ) at low concentration had stronger nematicidal activity against the nematode. The median lethal concentrations ( LC50 ) of these two chemicais were 0.060 1 mg/L and 8.35 mg/L. And methamidophos with LC50 of 3 282.46 mg/L had weaker nematicidai activity than that of abamectin and copper sulfate. The nematicidai activities of other chemicais tested in this experiment, such as tri-o-cresyl phosphate, aidicarb, methothrin, deltamethrin, and imidacloprid were much weaker. The enhanced acute toxicity on B. xylophilus was observed in determination of combined application of deltamethrin and copper sulfate or aidicarb, and that of abamectin and copper sulfate to poisoning the nematode ( P 〈 0.01).
