城市混合污泥发酵处理对小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：通过研究城市污水处理厂原污泥和消化污泥的混合污泥好氧发酵前、后提取液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,说明好氧发酵处理前的混合污泥提取液对小麦种子的萌发、幼苗和根系的生长,以及对叶绿素的含量均产生了明显的毒性影响,而发酵处理后混合污泥提取液对其毒性影响不明显.二者之间存在显著的差异性.Studied the effects of two solutions on seeds germination and seedlings growth of wheat. This two .solutions were extracted from the mixed-sludge composed of raw-sludge and digestive-sludge from waste water treatment plant before and after fermentation. The result shows that the solution extracted before fermentation has obvious toxic effects on seeds germentation, seedlings growth, roots growth and chlorophyll content, while the solution extracted after fermentation has little effects on them, there is distinct difference between the two solutions.
