加替沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨加替沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法对近3年来确诊的126例下呼吸道细菌感染患者采用加替沙星治疗,用法为0.4g/d滴注,疗程7～14d,对其临床效果、细菌清除率及不良反应等方面进行评价。结果126例患者中总有效率为89.68%,细菌清除率为90.48%、不良反应发生率为4.76%。结论加替沙星安全有效,是治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的理想用药。[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy and security of gatifloxacin in treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection. [Methods] 126 patients with lower respiratory tract bacterial infection, who were diagnosed in recent 3 years, were treated by 0.4g gatifloxacin injection once daily through intravenous drip infusion for 7-14 days. Subsequently,the therapeutic efficacy, bacterial clearance rate and adverse reaction were evaluated. [Results] The total effective rate in 126 cases was 89.68%, the bacterial clearance rate was 90.48% and the adverse reaction rate was 4.76%. [Conclusion] Gatifloxacin is effective and safe as an ideal antibacterial drug for lower respiratory tract bacterial infection.
