摘　　要：探讨了环境卫生系统作为城市生态系统亚系统的功能和特征,分析了生态系统的物质循环和能量流动原理以及其它生态学原理对城市废弃物处理、处置和资源化的指导意义和认识价值.Explored the function and feature of environmental sanitation system acting as subsystem of urban ecological engineering system and analyzed material circulation and energy flow principle of ecological system and alsointroduced other ecological principles of urban waste treatment, proposal and recycling.
