摘 要:研究了我国燃煤工业窑炉大气SO_2污染的状况和应用工业固硫型煤减少大气SO_2污染的方法。文章介绍了工业固硫型煤的生产成本、规格、常用的固硫剂和凝结剂。对工业固硫型煤试用的结果表明:工业窑炉燃烧工业固硫型煤后,SO_2排放量可减少40%~75%,烟尘排放量可减少50%~80%,可节约煤炭15%~17%,经济效益及环境效益相当可观。Study on the conditions and developing trend of SO2 pollution from industrial kiln and control technology of burning industrial fixed sulfur model coal have been conducted. The cost price of industrial fixed sulfur model coal, specification, ordinary use of sulfur-fixative and coagulant were described in detail, and then tried to use in certain scale. The results show that coal burning kiln is the major source of SO2 pollution in China, control SO2 emission from coal burning industrial kiln will play an important role in controlling SO2 pollution in China. Burning industrial fixed sulfur model coal may decrease 40%-75% of SO2 emission, 50% to 80% of smoke dust, and save 15%-17% coal.
